    I find it so fucking ridiculous that a grown man and professional chef has to explain to you fucking miscreants who cant boil an egg that he is going to use his hands to put his raw chicken on the grill and that he plans on washing them in between. He may live in California where its sometimes hard to tell, but its still a goddamn free country so stfu you invalids. Youre not eating it, he can cross contaminate all he likes if thats his decision.

    Why wud you add more marinade after the chicken is cooked.. You ruined the flavor by adding the left over raw marinade over the cooked flavor of spices..
