    I agree Kosher salt is for everybody but I would also point out it’s very much a relatively recent food trend coming out of the US, you can’t buy Kosher salt in Australia, at least not in major supermarkets.

    Soy chorizo probably would work well given normal chorizo is all about the paprika and other strong spices and tofu ie soy, is a really great flavour sponge. Who knows what the texture would be like but it certainly has potential and could be a great healthy addition to a normal meat and seafood stir fry, to make it a bit healthier.

    Hiiii, question. What does kosher salt mean? Not trying to be racist here, but where I come from (The Netherlands) we don't have any salt called that way. We have salt, lo-salt, seasalt. And that's about it. So, what does it mean?

    If you add SO many extra ingredients to an inexpensive chorizo and egg burrito, why not just use breakfast sausage or ground beef seasoned with taco spices.

    Mr. Sam, you added raw scrambled egg to already grilled onions? When using Mexican-style chorizo with eggs, in addition to the onions and chíles, just through all those raw ingridients in one pan. They will cook at the same speed and the chorizo grease will naturally flavor the other ingredients. Try adding some minced jalapeños during the cooking process as well. I like the bacon and hash addition.??
