Very nice. But what about the garlic? Do you peel them as they get close to your fork?

I’ve seen the technique of slicing the garlic and cooking it with the peel on before but never understood why you don’t just peel the garlic and cook it.

Love this recipe but I don’t use any oil in my cooking so I air fry potatoes and ‘fry’ onions in water. Still get the same tasty results without the processed fats

It only takes a second to remove the garlic skins; why leave them on? Now your guests have to stick fingers in their food, or their mouths, to remove the husks.
I'm not sure my colon is up to a quart of olive oil in every meal.

Another great recipe, thank you! I do have a question, why do you leave the ends of the onion and garlic when cooking, even if there are roots visible?

I'm like addicted to your channel. It magically appeared on my homepage today, and I've watched many videos thus far.
I think I may try your chick pea and spinach recipe first since I have many cans of them and tossed it out to the universe last week… I need a recipe rather than adding them on salads.
