Ah, the quintessential breakfast hashbrown from Mcdonald’s. Unbeatable right? Or maybe we can make a homemade hash brown that is easy and only 3 ingredients. Maybe we’ll win this one at the same time too?

    Too much lard. I bind mine with a bit of bacon, bacon fat and caramelized onions (use the bacon fat… do the bacon, crispy, chop. Caramelize the onions in the fat. Mix with washed, pressed and cleaned potato shreds. Add onions, bacon, bacon fat and a few table spoons of lard, as needed. Fry in neutral oil.).
