Presenting some easy and useful Indian Breakfast Pre – Prep / Indian Meal Prep. These tips & tricks can help save a lot of time and come up with traditional Indian Breakfast within less than 15 minutes every morning.

Ingredients used in Recipes :

Poori & Paratha Dough
1. Wheat Flour (Atta) – 2 cups
2. Salt – 1/2 tspoon
3. Water – 1 cup

Upma
1. Rava or Oats – 1 cup
2. Onion Masal prepared in video – 1 tablespoon
3. Carrots & Peas – 1 cup
4. Water – 2.5 cups
5. Oil – 1 tsp
6 – Roasted Cashew – 5 to 6
7. Turmeric powder
8. Salt

Rava/ Oats Dosa
1. Rava or Oats – 1 Cup
2. Yoghurt – 1/4 cups
3. Salt
4. Onion Masala – 1 tbsp
5. Veggies (optional)
