CLASSIC CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE
1 heaping cup baked chicken breast, skin removed and chopped
1/4 cup finely diced celery
2 tablespoon finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and gently stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

ITALIAN CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE (MAYO FREE)
1 heaping cup baked chicken breast, skin removed and chopped
1/4 cup jarred roasted peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons diced cucumbers
2 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
1 clove crushed clove garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and gently stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

1 heaping cup baked chicken breast, skin removed and chopped
1/4 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup carrots
1 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon of your favorite buffalo hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
dash cayenne of cayenne pepper if you like a little heat

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and gently stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!

    You got a new sub. Looking for a new chicken salad recipe for some left over boneless chicken breast and after looking at other recipes you are the winner. I tried the #3 and it is TDF. Next time I will try #2 and I bet it will be TDF too. YUMMY!!!!!!!

    Never made chicken salad in my life so I made the classic first. It is very good. I used chicken tenders that I seared on each side in the Instant Pot and then pressure cooked for 5 minutes. Worked great, very tender. Italian is next.
