Looks great. I have been thinking about making some breakfast sausage. You might want to look into a hamburger press. Really quick way to make the patty. I don't remember how much mine cost but they are cheap I use it for making brisket burgers

I have to admit that I've been away from this channel far too long. These sausages look awesome. Of course with your capable touch, you make them look perfect. While you were frying them up, i was thinking ?, yup, some pepper jack cheese, egg and an english muffin…. Then you mentioned homemade biscuits. My husband heard that and perked up.. Lol. I still can't even get the journey cakes right, let alone homemade biscuits..lol. These are a must try though. You know anything I try, I'll come bragging to my teacher about it lol

Hi Shirani. Thanks so much for this recipe! I'm American and have been living in Poland for the past 9 years and breakfast sausage is one of the things I really miss from the US. All of the other videos are complicated and require spices that would be difficult to find here.
The grocery store near my place didn't have all of the spices needed so I went to a big superstore in the mall. I was able to find everything except sage and maple syrup (I substituted with brown sugar). The only alterations I made were adding about 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper and brown sugar. I put all spices in 500 grams (1.1lbs) of ground pork.
I went on another shopping trip to a different store and actually found maple syrup (which was there during a holiday special). I add 2 tablespoons of syrup.
In December, I bought several packs of ground pork and just remade this recipe a few times. And today I bought a pack 😀

    Thanks so much!

I make my own too, and they are so much healthier, and did you notice how much less fat is in homemade? There's almost no fat in the pan after frying. Store-bought always has so much grease in the pan after.

Am going to make this, I gave up eating sausages & patties years ago because of all the additives. I'll have my local butcher ground the pork and I have the other ingredients in the pantry, thanks for this video.
