    I have numerous recipes for hot and spicy tacos. One includes using breakfast sausage. You can't make a better taco with denying it breakfast sausage taste.

    Just simply hearing your voice in the morning soothes me enough to deal with this job.

    CHEF…. I pledge to always check and actually make the recipe you use for whatever it is I think of eating…. With personal touch of course but your guidance is absolutely priceless. I have learned more in one hour binge watching in double time here than as a prepcook in "fancy restaurants"… THANK YOU

    Our Mom's Simple Comfort To Us. Her, and Her,
    Hot Sausage Gravy Recipe
    Using a small bit of well browned, even slightly burnt on the edges, (but not blackened) breakfast sausage, keeping the drippings, add;
    As much Vitamin D Milk to the skillet of crumbled, browned well, hot sausage as you wish, for a small pan or a large pan of gravy.
    Warm the milk and sausage to a very warm temperature. But, Do Not Boil the milk. Yet.
    To this add;
    For a medium skillet, (2 to 3 Level Tablespoons, or more) of all purpose flour, thinned with Vitamin D Milk in a cup.
    Stirring this, as you add it to the warmed milk in the skillet.
    Then add;
    1/2 teaspoon of fresh bacon grease.
    1 level Tablespoon of unsalted butter, (for a silky appearance, and taste.)
    Then add cracked black pepper.
    You may add 2 Tablespoons of made beef bouillon by the cube.
    *Thin the beef boullion cube with 2 Tablespoons of water in the microwave for "a beefier tasting gravy."
    Warm to a good bubble, and to your taste.
    Freeze extra cooled gravy and boullion in freezer baggies.
    That is all.
    Use No Extra Salt!
    Serve over toast or biscuits.
    Then, only changing out the meat and the boullion cube flavor, do this;
    For CHICKEN Gravy:
    Instead of sausage, use your fried chicken drippings, only using one (1) Tablespoon of the chicken grease in the pan.
    *Add a bit of made chicken bouillon broth to the milk, rather than using a beef bouillon cube. Melt the cube in the microwave using one (2) Tablespoons of water.
    Watch, as to not add too much chicken boullion to the milk. Boullion cubes are very salty with sodium. So, taste, please.
    Enjoy!
    This is Tasty, and Delicious. "Like her hug." Dad said.

    after 10 years since this video has been posted, the world is becoming a place where eating meat and blatantly using a cutting board shaped out of the respective animal…..is highly uncool.

    TIP! To add a nice umami, use a little quality fish sauce (such as Red Boat). For one pound of pork? I would use 1/2 to 1 TEAspoon.

    I used this recipe to make biscuits and gravy tonight. Next time I think no orange zest for this dish. Otherwise, delicious.

    I love to cook, and I find grinding meat especially satisfying. I don't trust the grocery store. My breakfast sausage is sage based. I use fennel for my meatball mix which includes beef, pork, & veal. Just a quirk handed down from my German dad….I use ground gloves or allspice rather than nutmeg but will definitely try it in my meatball mix. As always, love these videos.
