I don't believe they are real Native Americans because of how they talk, and The Natives (Utes) I am friends with get highly offended but "flat bread" tacos but I think it's nice that they tires.

I’m Native American and we call it fry bread as well but not “ fry bread taco”. Even though we still eat it like a taco. Fill it, fold it and eat, it bothered me no one folded it. Hahaha

0:40 most american foods have ingredients that are banned in other regions. also the processes in which these foods are produced are equally disturbing. i mean compare velveeta to the cheeses of Europe and you’ll find your answer lmfao

Many times I tried to look into Native American foods, and for some reason, there doesn't seem to be as many options for me to look at when it comes to Native American cuisine, especially Lakota food, because basically what I see from there is corn, white pumpkins, squash, berries, bison and that's it. I would understand that that is all that the land has offered them for a long time, but It just gives me the feeling that Native American food culture seems somewhat less complete and not as rich and lush as other food cultures from European and Asian countries, and that these ingredients alone would not make a whole, solid, and complete dish unless a large amount of bread, green veggies and meat are involved.

And also if there was the idea of expanding and enriching the variety of Native American dishes, it would have to involve experiments and getting inspiration from other food cultures, whether if it's Asian, European, Mexican, etc. As an attempt to diversify Native cuisine. By taking features from other food cultures and making them part of Native American food culture, while Bison Meat and FryBread Tacos can be the grand staple of Native American cuisine.

Who tf made that bread, ya did us wrong on the frybread lol also frybread is not indigenous to anyone of the 500+ tribes in the US. WE made due with the rations we got from the US government. The coastline tribes eat different than the sw desert tribes and the se woodlands tribes and ne and now tribes. U would need to make a series to get all of us. I appreciate the representation tho.

Native Americans Quick Selling Restaurants QSR across American Universities and Corporate Headquaters. With Little modification of adding wheat breads and rice items from southern indian foods + some chinese dish would make a healthy and tasty combination. Current Burgers, Pizza and Chocklate creams, fast food is not good for brains on a long run and is a source of disease and old age.
American QSR is doing damage all over the world by selling modern foods like Burgers, Pizzas and chocolate all over the world which is replacing native foods of various countries. Modernisng Native foods would help them to be adopted in QSR which is much healthier and better option without causing environmental and health damage.
University of Minnesota should come up with Food Reserach and study global native foods which can be commercially adopted with little modifications and also will be healthier at same time without causing a long term adverse effect on environment and health.
