A PROPER FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST

DESCRIPTION

Princess Diana ate a full tin of Heinz beans for breakfast! Some say it’s the breakfast of champions and won’t start the day without it. For others, it’s a weekend treat. One things for sure, the Brits love a ‘full English breakfast’ and even go in search of ‘the British Pub’ when abroad for their daily fix. But a proper Full English breakfast has to have authentic ingredients, sausage, bacon, beans and black pudding. Here I show you how to prepare it… the way I prepared it for the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace. Grab a mug of tea, sit back and start the video.

Beans for breakfast = masochistic behavior. Beans are for evening only, when you are free to cope with all the….side effects. 🙂 Love your videos!

Rasher is not a new word for me.
And I eat bangers and mash…and bubble and squeak. Yum . I think this needs more butter… Especially the Bread and eggs. We call that type of bacon side pork in the us. American bacon is pork belly , salt cured and smoked. Canadian bacon is the back Bacon. Its almost ham ,but not quite.

hash browns are a must with any English breakfast and tinned plum tomatoes are an acceptable alternative to fresh tomatoes

Because I don't care for pancakes, I prefer an English breakfast over the Merican version. But blood sausage is disgusting. What is wrong with you people?

I love English breakfast except they don't sell rasher or banger in the U.S. I actually thought the rasher are much thicker than the U.S. bacon, the way I like them.

I want lean, meaty bacon. That's it on the breakfast menu as fried. The rest: eggs and toast and fruit.

Fried bread in oil, that's awful, just awful.
Fried in butter better, lard even better, dripping well, mind blowing tasty

Years ago a Full English did not include hash browns it was always fried bread. Hotels and restaurants brought in hash browns as I always though because thery were too lazy to do fried breasd. Same with steak, it was always steak and fried onions but fried onions were dropped from all hiotels and restaurants. Again too lazy?

I'm Aussie and for me I call mine a Big Breaky. 2 eggs, 2 snags, 2 hash browns, bacon, baked beans, top quality BBQ sauce (usually Stubbs Sweet & Sticky), and maybe a slice of toast with a good dose of butter. I may once in a blue moon fry up a thin slice of tomato.

You've lost me at beans and tomatoes. But the rest seems fairly similar to American breakfast. Try chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy.
